Registered Nurse (Patient Aligned Care Team)
Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for individual nursing practices and determines the appropriate delegation of tasks consistent with the nurse's obligation to provide optimal care. The nurse brings primary care principles and theory with limited application of critical thinking skills. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
