Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Clinician for the Outpatient Behavioral Health Department at Morristown Medical Center.
Entry level offer starts at $33.00 / hour and increase based upon experience, credentials, education, and roles and responsibilities
Responsibilities
Essential Function/Responsibilities:
Conducting one time clinical and risk assessments of adults referred by community partner as well as assessments for adult patients with both medical and behavioral health issues
Complete evidence based screening tools, conduct individual and family sessions, therapeutic process groups for patients with similar medical concerns such as post partum, diabetes and/or geriatric population
Development of individualized treatment plans ability to complete all documentation requirements as per joint commission, CMS and State regulations;
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other behavioral health related field required
Minimum Experience:
Experience working with patients with both medical and behavioral health issues as well as geriatric population
Clinical License Required; LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist
