Salary: $35.30 - $44.38/hr Job Summary: The Diabetes Program Manager is responsible for providing oversight for the management and operations of the Diabetes Program at Westchester Medical Center (WMC). An individual in this position participates as a member of various nursing and hospital committees, represents agency in responding to regulatory report requirements and inquiries, and works to obtain and maintain national certification for the Diabetes Program at WMC. Primary responsibilities include evaluation of Diabetes Program initiatives, staff education, clinical outcomes, scheduling, glycemic council, educational development and educational materials, and overseeing data management for this program.
