Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) and the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC) have an excellent Full Time employment opportunity for a cardiac Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant located in Boise, Idaho.

The selected candidate will have an interested in cardiovascular disease and a patient centered approach to outpatient care to be provided in the clinical setting. The primary role of this Advanced Practice Provider would be to provide outpatient support for the clinic and the secondary role is to provide inpatient support at the hospital.

The schedule for this opportunity is variable, weekdays and weekends.

The select candidate will have a current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of Pharmacy and DEA. A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. Previous advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management is preferred.
