***THIS IS AN OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT*** The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Primary Care/Float uses a care model Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) accountable and responsible for the delivery of care to Veterans in the Bay Pines VA Healthcare Primary Care Service and its affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The LPN has the skills, knowledge to carry out the most complex practical nursing care with patients ranging in age from young adulthood to the most senior years. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
