Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Certified Medical Assistant for Atlantic Medical Group, Adult Diabetes and Endocrinology Center at Morristown.
Essential Job Functions:
The Certified Medical Assistant will perform clinical functions such as managing patient flow, rooming patients, taking vital signs
Assisting with office procedures
Documenting in EMR, re-stocking and cleaning of exam rooms
Ordering supplies, triaging patients
High School Diploma Required
Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES Medical Assistant program preferred.
CMA certification through AAMA, AMT, AMCA, NCCT, or NHA required.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate physician schedule a must.
Willingness to rotate to other physician practices as needed.
EMR experience desired (EPIC preferred)
