This position is in Nutrition and Food Service located at Central Alabama Veterans HealthCare Systems (CAVHCS). Its primary duty is to prepare and serve food to the veterans in the acute, long-term care and outpatient program setting as indicated. NOTE: This is an open continuous announcement and will remain open until 12/31/2021: The first list of eligible applicants will be pulled on 03/11/2021. Subsequent applicant lists will be sent upon hiring manager request. Food Preparation Portions salads, desserts, juices, and other specified food items for service line in accordance with established procedures and 1-IACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) guidelines.
