Within the last 5 years, we have grown to over 40 primary care physicians and have begun to develop our specialty care center. When all is said and done, we will be a large multi-specialty group practice, patient-centered and primary-care driven.
We are looking for certified diabetic educators who are interested in serving this wonderful patient population. Our compensation is not tied to volume – the base salary is greater than the 50th percentile of MGMA with an annual bonus tied to quality (patient satisfaction, clinical quality outcomes and organizational engagement). We offer a full benefit package including 401K with match and a non-qualified tax deferred savings plan – and so much more. Our community is lovely and for providers with young families, we have an Employer Based Charter School that ranks #7 in the state (a private school education, free to our employees).
