The Breast Center Supervisor position works with the Director of Breast Services ensuring policies and procedures (SMMC/MHS) are followed to maintain compliance with all accrediting agencies, MQSA/FDA, ACR, Title 17, 22, JCAHO, CMS, HIPAA, and any additional agencies to ensure optimum patient care and safety is provided in a cost effective manner through effective supervision by applying proper resources and tools available, such as, MC21 Lean principles. Maintains team effectiveness by collaborative communication with the Director and staff, to ensure a successful team environment, which is essential to the performance of this position.
Minimum five years experience as a diagnostic mammography technologist. 2 years experience as a Lead or Supervisor highly preferred.
Ultrasound experience highly preferred. Experience maintaining information and data to lead quality and regulatory visits.
Experience managing staff schedules in office and field, sick calls, LOA's, and time off requests. Experience managing daily budget and productivity. Employee relations, customer service, and employee engagement experience required.
